business scope range from Human Resources to General Insurance.
Job Scope:
Attend phone enquires & customer visits
Result oriented, assist in generate more sales
Follow up with existing clients' job orders (majority Mandarin speaking) via phone
& follow thru
Perform online transactions
Prepare emails, quotatioins, job orders, invoices, etc.
Liaise with overseas counterparts if required
Any other ad hoc duties assiged by the management
Job Requirements:
Singaporean
21 and above
Comfortable with phone comunication
Enjoy dealing with people
Self motivated and result driven
Professionalism and careful person
Good command in PC & MS Office
Capability in implementation, follow up & follow thru
Independent & require minimum supervision
Minimum O level, CEI certified preferred
